Modo de Preparo
- Aqueça o óleo em uma panela, frite a lingüiça, o bacon, a cebola e o alho.
- Junte o arroz e refogue, acrescente a carne seca, o feijão, o louro, adicione a água e tempere com pimenta e sal.
- Cozinhe até secar toda água.
- Retire do fogo misture o queijo e salpique o coentro.
- Sirva a seguir.
